Small group picnic for 5 - 7 people

Service Description

Celebrate a birthday, anniversary or 'just because' moment with your closest friends, family or work colleagues. This picnic is for the setup only and you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Your picnic will be beautifully set with our traditional picnic blankets, cushions, personalised chalkboard sign and table laid with crockery, cutlery, napkins, glassware and fresh greenery. You will also have an ice bucket for your drinks (please bring ice) and a bluetooth speaker so you can play your favourite tunes! A garden will also be provided for those wishing to get up and about. If your picnic runs into the evening, then fairy lights, candles and lanterns will be provided. We can set up anywhere we can access in central Brisbane or Redland Bay - select location at checkout or ask us for our most popular locations. We also set up on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts - Please contact us for travel fee.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a serious weather event, The Vintage Picnic Company (TVPC) may choose to cancel an event, in which case all monies will be refunded in full or the client can choose to reschedule. TVPC reserves the right to cancel an event due to severe weather up until the morning of the expected event. The client will be kept well informed if there is a chance this may occur. Clients may not cancel an event due to weather concerns unless agreed by TVPC. Cancellations by the client for any other reason may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.
