Service Description
Enjoy our classic vintage picnic for up to 10 people set with blankets, low table, cushions, fresh greenery, personalised chalkboard sign and a speaker for your music. You will receive a mixture of our signature cocktails to enjoy along with a gourmet cheese and charcuterie grazing box to share. The small group cocktail tasting also comes with a bottle of Prosecco to give your cocktails a bubbly boost! You will receive a selection of our signature cocktails: Espresso Martini, Blood Orange, Negroni, Coconut pine & pear, Cranberry peach and Rose and Martini. However, if you have a particular preference, please let us know at the checkout. All dietary requirements can be catered for.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a serious weather event, The Vintage Picnic Company (TVPC) may choose to cancel an event, in which case all monies will be refunded in full or the client can choose to reschedule. TVPC reserves the right to cancel an event due to severe weather up until the morning of the expected event. The client will be kept well informed if there is a chance this may occur. Clients may not cancel an event due to weather concerns unless agreed by TVPC. Cancellations by the client for any other reason may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.
