Brunch picnic for two
This popular experience combines our traditional lush two person picnic set up, including low set table, fresh greenery, personalised chalkboard sign, speaker for your music and fluffy bean bags to make your forget you're sitting on the ground. Paired with our gourmet brunch hamper, you will receive a selection of fresh produce including pastries, sweet cakes, savoury bites, yoghurt and granola pots, fresh berries and more. Picnic duration: 1.5 hours (you may choose to extend your booking)
Picnic location: Please select at checkout. Our most popular sunset location is Kangaroo Point by the river or earlier in the day under the shade of one of New Farm Park's many beautiful trees.
Finding your picnic: Because we set up in public spaces, we're unable to reserve exact locations. We will send you a text message showing exactly where your picnic is location. You will be sent this pin drop approximately 30 mins prior to the start of your picnic.
Booking Policy
In the event of a serious weather event, The Vintage Picnic Company (TVPC) may choose to cancel an event, in which case all monies will be refunded in full. TVPC reserves the right to cancel an event due to severe weather up until the morning of the expected event. The client will be kept well informed if there is a chance this may occur. Clients may not cancel an event due to weather concerns unless agreed by TVPC. If there is an expected weather event all efforts will be made to reschedule the picnic. Cancellations by the client for any reason may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.
Locations and availability
All efforts will be made to accommodate your choice of time and location. However, as this is a small business, we are limited by access and staff availability. If we already have bookings at the time of your choice, you will be given the option to change your preferred location if this differs from exisiting booked clients. If we are unable to match your preferred time and location and it's not possible to move, you will be refunded in full.
