Celebrate a birthday, anniversary or just because moment with your loved ones. Enjoy a delicious gourmet picnic style meal set out by our team of picnic stylists! Food includes savoury starters, cheese and charcuterie grazing box to share and a selection of desserts to finish for two adults. Children will enjoy a picnic snack pack each including savoury sandwich, fresh fruit, veggie stick with dip, dessert and a juice. This package is for 2 adults and up to three children. We can set up anywhere we can access in central Brisbane or Redland Bay - select location at checkout or ask us for our most popular locations. We also set up on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts - Please contact us for travel fee. Enjoy garden games, your favourite music and each others company - lights and candles will be provided for evening picnics.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a serious weather event, The Vintage Picnic Company (TVPC) may choose to cancel an event, in which case all monies will be refunded in full or the client can choose to reschedule. TVPC reserves the right to cancel an event due to severe weather up until the morning of the expected event. The client will be kept well informed if there is a chance this may occur. Clients may not cancel an event due to weather concerns unless agreed by TVPC. Cancellations by the client for any other reason may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.
