Gourmet picnic for 13 - 19 people

Service Description

This picnic is for the setup and food, and you're welcome to bring your own drinks. See below for food and pricing options. Your picnic will be beautifully set with our traditional picnic blankets, cushions, personalised chalkboard sign and table laid with crockery, cutlery, napkins, glassware and fresh greenery. You will also have an ice bucket for your drinks (please bring ice) and a bluetooth speaker so you can play your favourite tunes! A garden will also be provided for those wishing to get up and about and if your picnic is in the evening you will have fairy lights, candles and lanterns. Full Vintage Picnic set up is: - $440 for 5 - 7 people - $550 for 8 - 12 people - $715 for 13 - 19 people You can then select from the following food options. Please make food selection at the checkout and an invoice will be sent to you for payment. Bookings are not complete until full payment has been made. - $40 per person - 3 course picnic style meal (please let me know if you’d like to see the menu’s for the brunch and/or savoury options) - $30 per person - Comes with one slider and one dessert per person and then grazing to share - $20 per person - Cheese and charcuterie grazing to share - $25 per child - Individual Children’s snack packs which include a juice, savoury sandwich, fresh cut fruit, vege sticks and dip and dessert All dietary requirements will be catered for. Please note these at checkout. You may extend your picnic for longer than the set 3 hours for an additional $50 per hour. Please confirm your start and finish time at checkout. We can set up anywhere we can access in central Brisbane or Redland Bay - select location at checkout or ask us for our most popular locations. We also set up on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts - Please contact us for travel fee.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a serious weather event, The Vintage Picnic Company (TVPC) may choose to cancel an event, in which case all monies will be refunded in full or the client can choose to reschedule. TVPC reserves the right to cancel an event due to severe weather up until the morning of the expected event. The client will be kept well informed if there is a chance this may occur. Clients may not cancel an event due to weather concerns unless agreed by TVPC. Cancellations by the client for any other reason may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.
