Service Description

Enjoy a classic vintage picnic experience with your loved one. Settle into the comfort of plush bean bags, traditional blankets and a gourmet cheese and charcuterie grazing board surrounded by candles and little lights to set the mood. Your Vintage Picnic will be set up at the Wellington Point Recreation Reserve where you can watch the sun set into the ocean - a rare experience on the East Coast!

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a serious weather event, The Vintage Picnic Company (TVPC) may choose to cancel an event, in which case all monies will be refunded in full or the client can choose to reschedule. TVPC reserves the right to cancel an event due to severe weather up until the morning of the expected event. The client will be kept well informed if there is a chance this may occur. Clients may not cancel an event due to weather concerns unless agreed by TVPC. Cancellations by the client for any other reason may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.
